Your order starts as Pending and moves through Paid → Processing → Completed. You can follow its status at any time from My Orders.

Some services are completed with you directly, over WhatsApp or Telegram, instead of purely through the order page. Any service that requires this is clearly labeled before you buy it.

If an order is cancelled, fails, or is rejected, our team reviews it and refunds eligible credits back to your wallet — you'll see the refund as a transaction and get notified.
